Return and Refund Policy

Returns

All of our products are made to order. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or personal preference.

Each item is produced specifically for you once your order is placed, which means we are unable to restock or resell returned items.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To process a replacement, we require:

  • A photo of the item

  • Your order details

Once verified, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.


European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of delivery.

However, this right does not apply to custom or personalized products. As all our items are made to order, they are exempt from the standard 14-day cancellation period.


Refunds

Refunds are only issued in the following cases:

  • The item is lost in transit

  • The item arrives damaged or defective and cannot be replaced


Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders can only be modified or canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After this period, the order may already be in production.
