Once your order has been processed, it will be sent to production and prepared for shipment.

Estimated delivery times within the United States:

  • Standard Shipping: 2–5 business days after processing

  • Priority Shipping: 1–3 business days after processing

Please note that these are estimated transit times and may vary due to carrier delays or external factors beyond our control.

Bulk or large orders may require additional processing time.


International Shipping

We offer international shipping to select countries.

Estimated delivery times for international orders typically range from 7–21 business days after processing, depending on the destination.

Please note:

  • International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees, which are the responsibility of the customer.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or international carriers.


Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.


Damaged or Defective Items

All items are carefully inspected before shipment. If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To process a replacement, we require:

  • A photo of the damaged or defective item

  • Your order details

Once verified, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.


Lost or Delayed Shipments

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers. However, if your order appears to be lost in transit, please contact us and we will assist in resolving the issue.


Incorrect Address

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.


Changes & Cancellations

Orders can only be modified or canceled within 12 hours of being placed. After this period, the order may already be in production.
